Alameda County Jail Visitation
Before visiting, you have to make an appointment up to three days in advance. An Online Visiting Reservation System is available for you to register and schedule an appointment 24 hours a day on the website alamedaca.gtlvisitme.com. Visitors under 18 years old must go along with a parent or legal guardian.
At the Santa Rita Jail lobby, you need to present your identification by valid driver's license, California identification card, State identification card, passport, Matriculate Consulate card, or some other official identification. Then you will be led to the inmate's housing unit visiting control booth. Once the visiting time ends, you need to leave as soon as possible.
