Madera County Jail Visitation

All inmates are allowed two thirty-minute visits per week. A maximum of two visitors (adult and or child) can visit an inmate at one time. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. On-site visitations are held seven days per week and conducted through the Home Wav video visitation platform. Visitors should schedule visits 24 hours in advance. On/Off site visitation are held 7 days a week.

When signing up to visit an inmate, visitors should present a valid photo identification, including a driver's license, California ID card, military ID, high school or college ID (if actively attending either), passport, or foreign consulate picture ID card. Visitors should dress appropriately and not take food, beverage, and electronic devices to the visiting area.
